the rationing of food in iraq's military propaganda is to slow down the american military activity and actually empower the iraqi soverignty by adequately supplying their food needs and creating and imbalance in needs and benefits where a hungry american who has slaughtered their most inconquerable by having to request their assistance in satisfying their hunger. their aren't much wendy's or mickey d's in the harsh conquests of the desert to alleviate the palliative need to consume but for the franchise to land there on all fours safely
